When I saw the call for papers for the 30th anniversary of the founding of Hangmin Damei, I couldn't help but have a lot of thoughts. In the blink of an eye, Damei's 30-year journey has passed, and the scenes that flashed by in front of my eyes seem like they happened just yesterday.

Back when I first stepped into the Damei factory, rows of white billets were neatly stacked in the warehouse. In the production department, I saw that the salesmen were vying for the business they were doing around the section chief. First, try to squeeze into the production plan, and then try to get ahead as much as possible. I saw with my own eyes that the business of the Dami factory was so busy and the products made so people believed that this factory must be very promising. I secretly decided to work hard here. Unexpectedly, with this idea, I have been working for 28 years. From a young and naive girl just out of school, to now about to enter the age of destiny, Damei has also developed from the former workshop (later the knitting workshop) to a new one. There are 8 large workshops, including the polyester workshop, the boutique workshop, the printing workshop, the second fine workshop, the foreign trade workshop, the pad dyeing workshop, and the second needle workshop; from the initial dozens of J-type cylinders and O-type cylinders, several setting machines have developed to Now there are more than 240 dyeing machine cylinders, all of which are controlled by a modern central computer, 3 cotton and linen production lines, 6 German rotary screen printing production lines, 5 flat screen printing production lines, more than 40 finishing equipment setting machines, more than 10 Taiwan imported can steaming machine made in Italy, 2 digital printing machines; from the original dyeing of simple varieties to now being able to print and dye all kinds of woven, knitted, cotton, and printed clothing fabrics, it can be said that the variety is complete, as long as the customer needs it, Damei can do whatever it takes.

Since the establishment of the factory, Damei people have always served each customer with the attitude of forging ahead and striving for perfection. Over the past 30 years, Damei people have accumulated rich industry management experience, mature production technology, stable domestic and foreign customers, and strong market competitiveness... Especially during the epidemic in 2020, because of the solid foundation laid by years of development On the basis of solid strength and good reputation, Damei people have weathered the difficulties safely. When I first came to Damei, I was an ignorant young man. At that time, my first direct leader was Chen Shijian. When I joined his team, I really felt the strength and spirit of the team.
